TEC is a multi-disciplinary professional practice offering services in planning, urban design, architecture and landscape architecture.
At the broad end of the development pipeline TEC specialises in feasibility studies, needs assessments, policy planning, development planning and brief preparation. In these matters TEC usually acts as an extension of the Client to jointly elaborate Client objectives and needs, and specify strategies for achieving agreed objectives. Products include Development Plans, Masterplans, Sub-Division Plans, Implementation Plans, Landscape Masterplans and Estate Energy Audits.
At the fine end TEC provides full architectural and landscape services in the design, documentation and superintendence of a complete range of building types.
