Policy Planning
The identification of user needs, establishment of client objectives and determination of enabling policies is a pre-eminent activity in any planning process.  TEC offers policy planning as a part of its comprehensive planning services.  Through a long association with major housing programmes in Australia and abroad, TEC has developed particular expertise in the area of housing policy.

Development Planning
TEC provides comprehensive development planning services.  Products include Estate Development Plans, Concept Plans, Masterplans, Planning Guidelines, Plans of Subdivision, Implementation Plans, Indicative Built-Form Drawings, Integrated Development Plans, Lease and Development Conditions etc. The Consultancy also acts as Development Manager representing the Client and coordinating all facets of Development Plan implementation.

Planning Building & Contractual Advice, Quality Control
TEC has excellent knowledge of planning law (particularly in the area of development control), building construction and building contract law.  Clients (owners, developers etc.) may access these skills in the commissioning of planning reports, building reports or claims resolution.  TEC acts as expert witness or adviser in dispute matters.

Architecture
TEC undertakes Design, Documentation and Superintendence of a full range of building types including, educational, health care, welfare, law & order and office facilities, single and multi- unit housing developments, and industrial buildings.TEC provides comprehensive pre and post-contract architectural services. The consultancy has a reputation for design sensitivity, careful and practical construction detailing, and skilful contract administration. TEC has special experience in the refurbishment and recycling of office and in other accommodation.  We undertake fitout work.  TEC has a long history of involvement in energy efficient developments.  We produce environmentally friendly planning and architectural solutions and undertake energy ratings where required.

Landscape Architecture
TEC recognises that landscape forms an integral part of good planning, urban design and architecture.  The landscape architect is an essential contributor in the design process and a key player in the design team.  TEC provides comprehensive in-house landscape services.
